Ashokji is associated with progressive organizations at the national and regional levels, serving as an advisor, trainer, and board member.

Kamlesh Chahande
Vice Chairman
Kamlesh Chahande has an extensive background in the education sector with 15 years of experience. He is actively engaged in educational research for social organizations in tribal and rural areas in the Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra state.

Parmanand Meshram

He has a founder Member of the organization have developed Social Change Perspective from.
He has decided to devote their time and talents in constructive work balanced with righteous struggle ,for this purpose he adopted registered society from in 2004. He has interested in constructive work and has appropriate for the organization promoted by him . he has interested in education sustainability equity and security women’s participation alcohol prohibition.
He has 23 years experience in the field of education in teaching . presently he has and advisor councillor for education sector

Jyotsna Meshram
Project Monitoring Executive, Board Member
Jyotsna Meshram is actively involved in both health and education. She co-founded the Nalanda organization in 2007 and has been residing in tribal areas since its inception. Jyotsna collaborates with progressive organizations at national and regional levels, serving as an advisor, trainer, and board member. She strongly believes in people’s initiatives and empowerment, actively participating in and promoting campaigns related to women’s education, health, and the prevention of violence against women.
